•In June of 2013 we relocated our Riverview/Tampa facility into a larger 26,000 square foot building.
•In addition to the existing equipment the expansion into the new building included an additional Surface Combustion Super 36 Allcase Furnace as well as a new Surface Combustion Endothermic Generator. This essentially doubled our existing oil quench and carburizing capabilities.
•New 36” Wisconsin Tempering furnace was installed in the Allcase line.
•State of the Art testing and inspection lab was put in place with Buehler Automatic Polisher, Leco Microscope, Mitutoyo Hardness Testers.
•Braddock Metallurgical-Tampa has purchased a Super Systems, Inc. CAT-100 Carbon Determinator.
•In addition, to reduce our environmental footprint we now utilize a bar code tracking system throughout our entire process to maintain digital records of all processes and inspection data for all jobs processed.
•All documentation is now digitally archived via Cornerstone Visual Archive.
